The previous flooring in The Cortez was a residential grade LVP which was not meant to hold up under the traffic of a business. Furthermore, the subfloor had numerous issues that had never been addressed, high ridges and uneven areas that needed both grinding down and filling with floor leveler. This work was critical to ensure that any new floor would endure. Once the floor prep was completed the new waterproof flooring transformed the space – and will withstand any number of spills and drips!
