This was a new build in American Ranch, situated just below Granite Mountain. The Mediterranean collection is both rustic and contemporary, and suits this modern, ranch style home very well. Planks are 8″ wide and up to 7′ long, giving a broad expansive feel to each room. The home is a two level so we glued-down the flooring on slab and nailed down on the upper level. A beautiful staircase winds down from the upper level, always a highlight of wood flooring craftsmanship.
