New hardwood flooring throughout this beautiful modern residence was the final touch to a unique project. The walls of this house are a rich color – stained concrete, organic and wavy in form and shape, so the floors had to be scribe-cut to every inch of wall with no baseboards to hide any imperfections. In the center of the house is a breezeway with flagstone that continues into the outdoor courtyards. To preserve this feature we had to custom trim the floor down to the stone, following each angle and shape. The colors blend together in an earthy harmony, a fitting display of natural beauty for a home nestled inside the Granite Dells.
